Dr. Imtiaz has a special interest in minimally invasive gynecology. She specializes in performing outpatient gynecological surgeries including outpatient hysterectomy. I don't feel like the doctor takes the time to talk with you. She kinda just stares at you and just doesn't really listen to your concerns and responds with options. It's been like that for years. I feel like she let's me talk, but she doesn't listen to help you. She just focuses on fixing one thing instead of helping to develop a plan to address everything, that I experience. I feel like I waste my money because I am left to my own knowledge and care plan.

I asked several questions about some things I was experiencing and felt they were ignored because it was a healthy woman's checkup. I was told I could come back to address the issues with my questions. I understand a checkup is covered by insurance as preventative, but to be ignored because it's a preventative checkup shows it's about money and not the patient. This was my 2nd visit in a few years and I even recommended my daughter because I had a good visit the first time I went years ago. I also feel that neither the nursing staff nor doctor had very good bedside manner. My only positive out of the appt. was the front office staff that made my appt.

I think they have the best staff. They know you by your name and talk to you like a real person, not just a number. Love the girls. As for Dr. Imtiaz, she is just a beautiful person inside and out. She never makes you feel rushed when you are asking her a lot of questions, even when she is busy. And of course, very professional! I personally never dread having to go every year for my yearly checkup, and always when I am leaving, they tell me goodbye and acknowledge me. I feel blessed to be one of their patients.
