Dr. Spencer is the newest Ob/Gyn to the practice. He is excited to begin his practice and serve women in the Dallas area.

Dr. Spencer graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. He completed his residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a member of the Texas Medical Association, the Dallas County Medical Society, and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Spencer is committed to providing excellent care for his patients and looks forward to establishing patient relationships for the long term. He believes that the best medicine is delivered with a caring and empathetic approach.

Dr. Spencer grew up in the Dallas area. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.

Blood Draw

All staff from when you walk in, to the nurses, to the lab techs, to the main doctor were all so patient, kind, and helpful. I always feel comfortable and ease when I come to an appointment. Dr. Hart is amazing not only does she really care and listen to her patients, but she has an understanding of any concerns and needs they have and always makes sure they leave satisfied with any questions that they have. I feel heard when I come to see her.

The nurse was able to get me in next day for a urinalysis by communicating via the patient portal only. Wait in waiting room was minimal. I received a call back the next. My only complaint was that the bathroom was pretty gross an unstocked.
