Blood Draw

Doctor/patient experience and medical staff are great. It is frustrating trying to get through to the office though. One attempt I waited on hold 20 mi. Before giving up. Second call got hung up on. Finally got through in my third attempt after waiting on hold. Was lucky someone cancelled and I could get in in less than a week.

IUD Insertion / Removal

When I called to schedule this appointment, I explained to the person on the phone about the removal of the IUD and the last situation with Dr. Bailey, they final answer on that call was; that I need to see the Doctor first, because our last appointment was 2 years ago, and then she can do the removal. They scheduled me for an ultrasound and another appointment to see Dr. Bailey same day. Moving forward to the day of the appointment, I have to pay for the appointment in advance as soon I arrive, later they put me in an ultrasound, and told me that they're going to check where my iud is that way Dr. Bailey can confirm where it is, at the end of the ultrasound the ask me to dress again and wait in the living room. They seem a little confused about what was next, because they told me they're going to ask the doctor what's the next step. This situation of moving me to another room and then undressing and dressing again for an ultrasound or the removal happened 2 times more, seems that nobody knew what was going on. Later, the nurse told me that I should wait for Dr. Baily to check on me. Dr. Bailey asked me a few questions about the last appointment since 2 years ago, and what happened in my medical/family history since that time. After the talk, she did the same as the last appointment 2 years ago, tried to remove the IUD without seeing it on the ultrasound or with any camera device. The result was the same; the IUD couldn't be removed, and it was very painful. She later told me that I need to schedule again another ultrasound and another appointment, and take some medication before the procedure to facilitate the removal. I think this appointment could be better planned for the medical team, reviewing my history and medical notes, and having good communication with me, the patient. As I had told the doctor Bailey several years ago, the IUD had been in place for more than five years. I feel that at this point, my trust was undermined, and now I have to pay for the same procedure again, not knowing if it will yield results or if I'll have to make another appointment later.

Pap Smear

I absolutely love Dr. Bailey. I've been going to her for years and she really is just great. She makes an uncomfortable exam situation where you are having all of your parts examined as easy as possible.

Post-Partum Appointment

I always have good experience with my doctor and employees over there.
