Holly takes time to answer my questions. She also always is reassuring about what are things that are normal and things to be concerned about. She is always very honest and truthful about that she thinks is best for mom and baby. She always makes an effort to communicate and explain how things work or will go. She truly does make first time parents feel heard and advocated for.
