I was mainly dissatisfied because it took forever to get an appointment because nobody would pick up the phone when i called and if i left a voicemail they wouldn’t call me back after canceling my appointments several times.Dr Williams was great though she’s always amazing. She’s always amazing when I go,she answers all my concerns and really makes me feel comfortable.

OB Care

I’ve enjoyed being under the care of Dr.Williams she discovered my IC after my second loss and was able to place a cerclage to possibly save my daughter which I am grateful for. She never makes me feel like my concerns are silly ,never gaslights me and I can always talk to her about anything . Her medical assistant Judith is prompt and always returns my phone calls and if she can’t reach me she leaves a voicemail . Patient follow up is so important because many women like myself who have gone through recurring miscarriages live on edge and know when our bodies are signaling trouble and it’s important that we get acknowledged and responded to in a timely manner because every day counts for us. I really appreciate Dr Williams and Judith for working together to provide the best care for me . I’m going to miss them both .

Pap Smear

Dr. Heather Williams is such an awesome doctor. I have been seeing her for years along with my daughter, 3 sisters, 2 friends all of whom I had recommended. Now that she is leaving I am devastated, it is not often that you find a doctor with such good bedside manner and just overall a great individual. The practice will definitely be losing what is an asset to that practice. She always was so kind, informed me of all my options of any procedure needed, explained everything she was doing in plain English, not medical terminology. I hate to see her go, but wish her nothing but the best in this next chapter of her life. The staff has also always been very kind and professional. She was so great that I drove an hour one way and an hour back home just to see her.

Lichen Sclerosus Treatment

Dr Williams is very professional and spends as much time that is needed for the exam. She takes the time to explain things and to answer any questions you might have. She gives her undivided attention to you. She is going to be greatly missed. When I first came to Riverwalk OBGYN, Dr Tristan Castaneda was my doctor. He also was the physician for my mother and sister. When he retired, I then started seeing Dr. Williams. I will now be moving on to Dr. Ricardo Munoz, MD. I will miss Dr Williams very much.
