I am a longtime patient. I had very little wait to see my doctor. Once there, she was thorough in going over my health status, etc. My refill prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy right after my appt. Very streamlined, but everything that was needed was covered.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

I waited over 75 minutes to be called back to a room. Then another wait from there to see the doctor. The doctor apologized several times for the wait. Once I saw the doctor, he was great as he always is. So I rated it a 4 star because I was at the office for over 2 hours for an appointment that lasted 10 minutes. Dr McGuirk always shows compassion and concern for his patients. He's a wonderful doctor.

Dr. Petrovski always has a positive attitude. She is upbeat. She takes time to answer questions. I got in quickly without a long wait, also. Dr. Petrovski does not shy away from letting her faith come through. That is very important to me, and I appreciate her for it. I appreciate that she listens and cares about my needs even though she has so many patients. I am sure it is hard to remember who everyone is, but she makes you feel like she really knows you. She is knowledgeable and able to answer my questions.

Dr. Shimer and her nurse are so friendly and always talk about evidenced based practice but the amount of signs about the med spa procedures was overwhelming. I imagine that especially difficult for postpartum patients
