Difficult check in process. I did not have my insurance card initially. Nowhere in the pre visit questions did it say that was required. Since I am a patient and my insurance has not changed, I believed that it was on file. I was told that I that to reschedule. I was very frustrated. It was not made clear prior to the visit.
