Dr. Reid is very thorough and takes her time talking over problems, life and my general well being. Dr. Reid found a mass on my thyroid which I’ve never had another doctor check before. I’m grateful for the complete exam and compassion she gives!

Follow-up

Was advised to keep underwear and liner on until dr came into room due to me being on my menstrual cycle. Which was no issue for me when dr notice she laughed about the situation when she realized I still had my underwear on. What made me uncomfortable and embarrassed is that she LAUGHED when I’m already in a vulnerable state

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

I appreciate how thorough Dr. Reid is with covering a variety of treatments. She's smart and has a great bedside manner and I although I'm not keen on HRT, she offered good, sound advice to address my concerns and explained her methods in a way I completely understand. I fully trust her and her expertise. I appreciate not being rushed in and out. Her nurse was great as well.

Pap Smear

I like my Doctor Reid, I had an appointment at 2:30 PM and I was called 1 hour and forty-five minutes late. Almost two hours by the time I left the doctor office. My husband was outside the doctor office waiting for me. It’s not nice.

Follow-up Visit (Problem / Complication)

I was satisfied by the end of my appointment. Dr Reid spent the time needed to review my recent visit to Resolute ER, address my concerns of the diagnosis given to me, and explain the plan going forward. She did a pelvic exam as well. I was upset and disappointed initially because Dr Reid was asking me what happened, what day I went into ER and what pain medications/tests were administered. I understand that I was “fit into her schedule” but my appt was scheduled two days before, I dropped off records along with CD images the morning before, and was noticeably concerned of ER visit and my symptoms. I felt like since this was a follow up to an ER visit that at least a glance over the notes/results of CT scan and ultrasounds would have been beneficial to both of us prior to her entering the exam room. I didn’t want to have to visit the ER or go in for a follow up but in the end, the appointment ended well.
