This office is well run. There is little wait time. All of the staff are gracious and friendly. They make an effort to make you feel comfortable. Dr. Reid establishes trust easily. It is clear that she is skilled and current. She includes the patient by providing clear information and making it obvious that the treatment decisions include the patient. This is NOT a “I’m the expert and this is what I need to do” environment.
