Follow-up

Dr Delaney seemed distracted, didn’t know my case and was not very personable. This has not been my past experiences with her, so it left me feeling unsettled. I actually would’ve rated her a 2 had I not had previous visits with her. It’s very important to always know your patients case before you walk into the room - if not, they lose confidence in you.

Dr Reid seems like she is always rushing, every apt i had with her its the same thing. And she tents to forget alot of things sometimes. i was schedule for what i was told my yearly pap smear i made the apt since last year. And i get there they asking me all the questions and the Dr says No your not due for that . well No One ever told me that if you have anormal pap then your good for 3 years.

It took a long time to get an appointment. Then the office called and rescheduled my appointment. Also, I feel recently that there has not been good communication on things like what can be done on a well visit vs a problem visit. Also not clear communication on prescriptions and what is or isn't covered by insurance. I can see a clear difference in the doctor and staff over the past couple of years.
