Angela Watson, MD, joined our practice in January 2017. Dr. Watson graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2008. She has been in private practice in Arlington for the past eight years. Dr. Watson is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is skilled in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures. She resides in Frisco with her husband and two children.

I gave birth in February, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better doctor than Dr. Angela Watson. From the very beginning of my pregnancy through delivery and postpartum care, she was consistently supportive, compassionate, and thorough. Dr. Watson made me feel seen and heard at every appointment she never rushed, always took the time to answer my question in person or through the portal and genuinely cared about my well-being and my baby’s. Her reassuring nature helped ease a lot of my anxieties, especially during the times of pregnancy and also as a new mom. Even after delivery, she continued to provide excellent care, including during my postpartum visits and my IUD insertion. She made what could have been an uncomfortable experience feel completely manageable and respectful. Dr. Watson is not just a skilled professional she’s incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful. I feel truly lucky to have had her by my side throughout this journey. I’m so grateful for everything she’s done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for an OB-GYN who treats you like more than just a patient. The office got me checked in and in my room in less than 10 minutes! They are quick and efficient. They also schedule my next appointment before I leave! Dr. Watson is the best OBGYN. She is very considerate and thorough and gentle. I have seen her for the past 8 years and she genuinely cares. She is always in a great mood and smiling no matter circumstances outside of my visit. The medical assistants/nurses are also so friendly, sweet and nice! I always leave feeling taken care of.

Originally I was supposed to have an appointment with Watson’s PA, but after she saw my sonogram, she knew that something more would need to be done. Dr. Watson comes in, and we go over everything - and I end up scheduling surgery within 24 hours. Had Trish not gotten the Dr, I may still have been in a bad way!
