    Dr. Gwen is so personable and yet efficient. She spends the exact right amount of time with you making you feel heard. But does not keep patients waiting long. I feel like a lot of doctors struggle with this. But she is great at it.

    Obstetrical (Pregnancy) Ultrasound / Sonogram

    Kary, the sonographer was amazing! She was so sweet, gentle, patient and made sure I was comfortable. She was really thorough in explaining everything to my husband and I as we are first time parents. As an anxious first time mom, I also love that Dr. Lee's bedside manner and is always promptly answering any questions I have on the portal quickly. Also liked that the billing specialist came out and explained how we'll be billed for OB services. As someone terrified of needles, the blood tech is also super patient and great and makes sure I'm comfortable. The front desk receptionist (sitting towards the back) could be more warm and friendly but was helpful.
