    I love Dr. Bilica. The staff was friendly and everything was running mostly on time. The waiting room has gotten crowded, and it was strange to have blood pressure and weight measurement in the hallway. Also strange to harp on $50 copay for anything outside of appt. The annual should be open to raise concerns and follow up appt be scheduled as need be.

    Everything was great except for long wait time. Over an hour in the waiting room passed my scheduled appointment time. Once I was brought back I still had to wait another hour in the room. Over 2 hours passed my appointment time before I was seen by a provider.
