Dr Chang is a very empathetic person who listens to you and tries to provide the best possible solution. He explains everything excellently and tries his best to put my (very anxious) mind at rest. Plus, he delivered my baby and I had an excellent experience.
Dr Chang is an excellent doctor. During my pregnancy, he gave me medicine for nausea which actually worked after having to deal with one which made things worse from another doctor. He didn’t make me feel stupid for panicking when I didn’t feel my baby’s movement and said I was right to come in despite it being a false alarm. During labor and delivery he was very empathetic and immediately helped with medication when the epidural gave me nausea and then helped with a normal delivery to the best of his ability but explained the risks as my baby’s heartbeat was falling with pitocin. So, I was well informed but not forced into any decision. Luckily I had a normal delivery due to the nurses’ and Dr Chang’s efforts. He is also extremely prompt in messaging through the portal which means a lot to me as it relieves my anxiety. Overall, it was an excellent experience.
