    Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery

    Dr. Loeffel is highly knowledgeable in what she does. She explains everything and actively listens to your concerns and questions. She met with me before the surgery and explained everything step by step. That meant we were both ready for the big day. I had a smooth recovery with a minor setback and she saw me right away for that concern. Dr. Loeffel didn't treat me like just another patient. She gave me her undivided attention and truly listened to me. She truly connects with her patients!

    Gynecological Exams

    The staff upon check in were professional and polite as were the clinical staff that tended to me. I love Dr. Loeffel, she is very attentive and has a great bedside manner. Dr. Loeffel is very gentle, professional and is focused on you the patient. She takes her time and asks questions and makes sure she answers all of your questions.

    Pelvic Organ Prolapse

    There were on issues with my visit to the clinic until I saw Dr Bilica. This was my third visit with Dr Bilica, I started with her after Dr Carcamo retired. The first visit, my annual pap was very short and impersonal, maybe 10-15 minutes. No questions were asked about myself or my history. My second visit was the same, I felt rushed. My most recent visit was the same, I did ask question but answers were vague, I did have a prolapse. Dr Bilica’s suggestion was to do nothing unless I wanted to do something more invasive as she was preparing to leave. I had many questions but seeing her ready to leave kept me from asking them. I guess we are not a good match, Dr Carcamo was my Dr for over 10 years and she was an excellent Dr. I will not be seeing Dr Balica again, I will ask to be seen by a different doctor.
