Dr. Webster has been the best provider. I've been going to her for over a decade. I referred my mom and sister to her. She has been amazing to all three of us and delivered my nephew. Absolutely amazing.

Dr. Webster is a great doctor. Wait time was minimal. Staff great

    Blood Draw

During my lab visit, a nurse confronted me in a frustrated tone, saying I had previously declined further bloodwork and should follow up with my PCP. This was confusing because (1) she wasn’t anyone I knew, and (2) as I don’t recall saying that nor would I ever say that. I tried to clarify that I’d mentioned seeing an endocrinologist and was advised to return in 5–6 months for labs and an ultrasound by Dr. Lee in our phone call. The interaction felt tense and made me feel like I had to defend myself. I later reviewed the portal and saw no documentation saying I declined further testing—only that I should get a CT referral from my PCP. I’ve been intentional about following up on my care, especially with PCOS and fertility. This is why it was so confusing to me; especially when I made the appointment (wanting a blood test) and felt as if I had to defend myself. This frustration made me very emotional and question if I wanted to return. The only reason I will return as a patient is because Dr. Lee has been nothing but professional and kind. However, I am concerned about the manner in which this staff member spoke to me and made me feel.

Dr Webster has always doke a great job and her staff was able to work me in before her last day.
