I was very satisfied with the Doctor. I was less satisfied with the Patient Care Coordinator. I had an insurance change and called and left a detailed message about the insurance will not pay for one of my current prescriptions and asked her to ask the Doctor to write a new prescription for a different replacement. I do not think she listened to my message at all as she just called in the same prescription. It seems very difficult to be able to talk to someone in person to resolve the issue. The provider is great...however there needs to be more ways to get in touch with the nurse/patient care coordinator. Please see the rest of my survey regarding issues with my not being able to get in touch and talk to the coordinator/nurse.
