I arrived 5 minutes early for my 10 o'clock appointment. After I checked in at the front desk, I was instructed to wait to be called back. After waiting 15 minutes, I saw other patients come to check in and be called back before I was. At around, 10:25 I decided to ask how much longer I would be waiting. A few minutes later, I was told that the nurse would call me back shortly and issued an apology. Once I was called back, my appointment ran pretty quickly. The doctor did notify me that the young lady in the front had forgotten to check me in. Dr. Judson was VERY apologetic, and I appreciate her for that. In all, I did not appreciate that I filled out all the necessary documents so that I wouldn't have to wait 30 minutes before being called back. However, the ball was dropped, and I wasn't informed until 30 mins later.
