The waiting area was clean, calm, and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. The medical assistant who brought me in was kind and respectful, making sure I felt comfortable before the doctor arrived. Dr. Shimer was outstanding — attentive, patient, and genuinely compassionate. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question without rushing, and explained everything clearly, including my options for treatment and preventative care.
