The front reception staff was pleasant and welcoming. I did not wait long though the waiting room was full. The wait in the back was no long and very seem less. Dr. Arya as always was thorough and gave me the attention and time to make me feel comfortable and she cared. I was more than a number and I was in good caring hands. Very satisfied.

Dr. Arya has a fantastic bedside manner. She is very thoughtful and calming. The only thing that could have made the visit better was timeliness. My appointment was for 12:30, and I was not seen until over an hour after that time. Others in the waiting room were experiencing similar delays; one woman said she was late getting back to work.
