Dr Schaefer listens extremely well and addressed ALL my multiple symptoms and hormone replacement therapy. I just hope she did get to eat lunch that day! Her manner is easy to respond to, no pressures to quickly explain everything! I am an unusual autoimmune case.. but she wants to rule out possible underlying conditions and not just assume my symptoms are autoimmune related. I appreciate her patience and preparation as well as professionalism.

Having to wait an hour and 10 minutes after my scheduled appnt time was somewhat infuriating. The practice of going back for vitals and then having to return to the waiting area was disruptive, rushed, and unnecessary. The second CNA who took me back was very poor at explaining how I was to prepare for the exam re: gown and cover sheet. Every CNA was in a rush to get her job done; very impersonal. The doctor was great, as usual.
