Dr. Merritt graduated from the University of Tulsa where she attained membership in the Phi Beta Kappa Society. She then received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Merritt completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Austin Dell Medical School, where she was recognized for excellence in minimally invasive gynecology.
Certifications/Medical Organizations
Dr. Merritt is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is licensed to practice medicine in Texas and is a Fellow with American Congress of Obstetrics & Gynecology, where she sat on the executive advisory council.
Dr. Merritt is certified to perform Da Vinci Robotic surgery.
Dr. Merritt has an interest in menopause treatment and androgen deficiency in women and she is a certified Biote provider.
Personal
Dr. Merritt enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. In the summer, you will find her cruising on a pontoon at Lake Granbury. She is thrilled to call Fort Worth her home and looking forward to raising her family here.
