Dr. Ramos Gonzalez is always one hour and a half behind. I would have appreciated a call to let me know this so that I could show up at a later time instead of waiting in the office that long to see her. This is not the first time either. Also, when I entered the room vitals were taken and then later the Dr came in for the well woman exam. Before leaving she asked me if I had any questions or concerns and I brought up Hormone therapy questions. When I did leave for the office visit to check out I was told that the visit may be a charge. She explained to me that the well woman visit was not a charge but because I asked questions other than the visit; then this is considered a new visit. This is ridiculous to me. Why ask me if I have questions or concerns if your going to charge me if I speak? Are you telling me that when asked if I have questions or concerns I need to keep quiet otherwise I will be charged? I feel this is wrong. The scheduling department should not overbook for the doctor. This is why there is such a long wait to see her. Patients should not be rushed during their visit and the Dr should not feel rushed either. Something needs to be done with the wait time. I've been going to this facility/Dr. for 20+ years but I will consider moving to another Dr. or facility because my time is just a important as the doctors time. I will not keep doing this I will find another doctor to see me that does not have long wait times.
