Angela Watson, MD, joined our practice in January 2017. Dr. Watson graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2008. She has been in private practice in Arlington for the past eight years. Dr. Watson is Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is skilled in all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology, including minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic procedures. She resides in Frisco with her husband and two children.

Angela Watson is great, but the check out process at the front was not good at all. The provider Angela Watson is amazing, but the girls that are doing the check out at the front have no positive body language. Even when booking my next appointment, I said 4 months out, she said ok 9am on the 9th. I asked what month-the response was ‘January-you did say 4 months.’ I’m sorry, I don’t read minds and was just wanting to confirm what month she was looking at. The entire experience was not good.

IUD Insertion / Removal

Well, the procedure itself was almost unbearably painful, I trusted Dr. Watson to do the job and do it right. She talked me through the pain and she was persistent when my cervix was giving her a hard time. When I couldn’t stand the pain any longer she offered alternative options, but at the same time said she’s not giving up. She was great. I appreciate her support and encouragement. While the procedure was unbearably unpleasant and painful, Dr. Watson was so patient and caring. We already knew going and that my cervix was hard to work with. She was concerned about my pain level and offered alternative options to my procedure. She gave me some time to collect myself when it got too Painful. She was persistent and ultimately got the job done because she knew that’s what I wanted and that was the end goal. After the procedure was done, she said she doesn’t like hurting her patients. I appreciate her so much and her expertise.
