    The front office personnel were very efficient. I don't recall her name but the lady that did my breast exam was very pleasant and efficient as well. I absolutely love Dr. Carroll and her manner of listening to any issues I have! She has a great demeanor which instantly puts one at ease!

    As the Doc send me to get blood work the lab technique person was rude . I walk in she asked in a rude voice ,what I was getting done cuz she was going out for lunch. I’ve never had an experience like that there before. They are always helpful. I left a little concern if I had done something wrong to that person.
